Bo Peng, 29, 16 Beacon Street in Somerville, was placed under arrest for Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon (shod foot) and Malicious Damage to a Motor Vehicle after she kicked the victim (a rideshare driver) multiple times on the head with a shod foot (sneaker) and subsequently she yanked off the victim’s license plate off his motor vehicle.
