FRESH POND PKWY
Jose Miranda-Nunez, 36, 24 Everett Street in Boston, was arrested for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and using a fraudulent registry document and speeding in violation of the posted limit. Miranda-Nunez was initially stopped for speeding. Once stopped, Miranda-Nunez provided the officer with a license that was fraudulent.

Cambridge Police responded to a business located at Massachusetts Avenue for a report of a disturbance. Upon arrival, officers met with a store director, who stated that he trespassed Amy Bassett, 56, 240 Albany Street in Cambridge, from a store for shoplifting and she was in the store shopping. Officers tried verifying if Bassett was trespassed and she gave Officers a different name and date of birth. After Bassett’s real name and date of birth was discovered, she was then placed under arrest for Trespassing and Interfering with a Police Officer. It was then brought to the Officers’ attention that Bassett also had active warrants for her arrest out of Cambridge District Court.
