Cambridge Police were dispatched to the intersection of Mass Ave and Bay Street for the report of a cyclist struck by a motor vehicle. The motorist reported they were taking a right turn onto Bay Street when their motor vehicle was struck by a cyclist traveling in the bike lane. The cyclist was rendered medical aid for minor injuries on scene but refused any further treatment and was not transported to the hospital. No citations were issued.

Cambridge Police responded to Kirkland Street for the report of found property in their backyard, an empty box containing a packing slip and a cell phone. The reporting person indicated that an unknown suspect opened the package in their backyard, removed the contents, dropped the package, and then exited the property. The officer later located the suspect fitting the description in the vicinity of the found property. The suspect was identified and was found in possession of all the items itemized on the packing slip contained in the empty box. The items were seized and placed into Property and Evidence.
