Cambridge Police were dispatched to Haskell Street regarding a disturbance after a motor vehicle crash involving two vehicles. Upon arrival, it was learned that one of the operators did not have a license. As a result, a Cambridge resident was summoned for Unlicensed Operation. No injuries were reported.

MYSTIC VALLEY PKWY, MEDFORD
The Cambridge Police Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Unit responded to a Mystic Valley Parkway address in Medford to assist with a suspicious letter that was received via USPS. Upon arrival, Cambridge EOD assisted the Mass State Police Explosive Ordnance Disposal Unit with a search and sweep of the building and parking lot. The scene was cleared, and the suspicious letter was taken as evidence by the Mass State Police.

The victim stated they were struck by a truck while parked at the intersection of Main Street and Ames Street. When the victim went over to talk to the involved motorist, the motorist refused to provide their information. A report was taken.

The operator of the vehicle reported that they were driving on Third Stret and collided with the cyclist traveling on Gore Street at the intersection. The cyclist sustained a minor laceration to the inside of their right ankle but refused medical transport. No citations were issued, and a crash report was taken.
