Specifically, the reporting party/victim stated that they had intervened when an individual/suspect broke into a vehicle parked on Cambridge Street, and then the suspect attempted to hit them. Officers arrived on scene and were able to identify the suspect. The victim did not want to press charges and declined medical attention. A report was taken.
