The motorist reported that they collided with the bicycle when attempting to execute an improper right-hand turn from the center travel lane. The bicyclist sustained minor injuries to their arm and possible internal injuries to their ribs. The bicyclist refused treatment or transport to the hospital from the scene but reported that they would be going to the hospital for further treatment.
