Cambridge police responded to the intersection of Alewife Brook Parkway and Massachusetts Ave for the report of a motor vehicle crash involving a bicyclist. The motorist reported that they collided with the bicycle when attempting to execute an improper right-hand turn from the center travel lane. The bicyclist sustained minor injuries to their arm and possible internal injuries to their ribs. The bicyclist refused treatment or transport to the hospital from the scene but reported that they would be going to the hospital for further treatment. The motorist was cited for a marked lanes violation. A crash report was taken.

The victim was treated on scene but refused medical transport to the hospital for further evaluation. A report was taken.
