Cambridge Police responded to a motor vehicle crash involving an E-Bike. It was reported that the motorist collided with the operator of the E-Bike when turning left on First Street from Hurley Street. The operator of the E-Bike sustained injuries to their arm and was transported to the hospital for evaluation. The motorist was cited for Failure to Stop/Yield.

Cambridge Police responded to the intersection of Albany Street and Massachusetts Ave for the report of a motor vehicle crash involving a bicyclist. It was reported that the bicyclist, while riding on Albany Street, skid and fell off their bike while attempting to avoid the motorist taking a left turn from Albany onto Mass Avenue. The bicyclist sustained injuries to their elbow and was transported to the hospital for evaluation. The motorist was cited for Failure to Yield to a Bicyclist when Turning.

Cambridge Police responded to an Alewife Brook Parkway parking lot for a report of a pedestrian struck by a motor vehicle. The pedestrian was struck by the left driver’s side mirror of the vehicle as the vehicle was attempting to turn left down a parking lane. The pedestrian fell to the ground and sustained an abrasion to their left elbow and reported mild pain on their right side but declined to be transported to the hospital. No citations were issued.
