Police stopped an individual who was smoking out of a glass pipe in a parking garage on the 200 block of Green Street. A subsequent search revealed a small plastic bag containing a white powdery substance and two white rocks. Further testing of the substances revealed them to contain cocaine. Matthew Marujo, 30, of Somerville, was placed under arrest for possession of a class B drug.
