While on patrol on the 600 block of Massachusetts Avenue, officers observed an individual who was known to have an active arrest warrant. Coleman O'Doherty, 75, of Providence, RI, was placed under arrest for a warrant out of West Roxbury District Court. After being placed under arrest, O'Doherty was found to be in the possession of illegal drugs. O’Doherty will be charged with possession to distribute a Class A drug, trafficking cocaine, and trafficking methamphetamine.

Upon further investigation, the operator showed signs of being impaired. Kenneth Baughman, 44, of Falmouth, MA, was placed under arrest and charged with operating under the influence, operating to endanger, speeding, and marked lanes violation.
