BRATTLE ST
Police responded to a disturbance at a business on the 0 block of Brattle Street. An employee at the business told officers an individual was verbally harassing customers and pouring red pepper flakes out onto tables where customers were sitting. Marc Alexander, 47, of Cambridge, was placed under arrest and charged with disorderly conduct and consuming alcohol in a public space.
