MASSACHUSETTS AVE

Cambridge police observed an unattended vehicle that was uninsured with a revoked registration. The owner, Mark Summers, 57, of Cambridge, MA was placed under arrest for a warrant out of Middlesex Superior Court. Summers was also summonsed to Cambridge District Court for operating an uninsured and unregistered motor vehicle.
