Police observed two individuals exchange narcotics on the 700 block of Massachusetts Avenue. After an investigation, Keith Ward, 57, unhoused, was arrested for Distributing a Class B Drug and Conspiracy to Violate Drug Law. The other individual was summonsed to Cambridge District Court for Conspiracy to Violate Drug Law and Possession of Class B Drug.

Police responded to the 0 block of Garden Street for a report of a contracting scam. A resident was approached by an individual offering to clean their gutters for a reasonable price. This individual then stated there were problems with the resident’s roof resulting a series of charges to fix them.
