MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Police observed an individual park their motor vehicle on a public way blocking a fire hydrant on the 2000 block of Massachusetts Avenue. The motor vehicle was issued a parking ticket. The registered owner was cited for allowing a motor vehicle to be on a public way without a vehicle registration.

FRANKLIN ST
A resident reported that individuals were attempting to enter a building on the 300 block of Franklin Street. Officers arrived on scene and located three suspects. One suspect was stopped and identified. A second suspect fled on a bicycle but was later arrested. A third suspect was able to make entry into the building and was not located. Rafael Ruiz, 36, of Boston MA was arrested for a bicycle violation and possession of a Class A drug (subsequent offense).
