BRATTLE SQ

Police enforced a traffic violation on a motor vehicle on the 0 block of Brattle Square after observing the motor vehicle to be illegally parked in a bike lane. Subsequently after the stop, police discovered that the vehicle was confirmed as stolen out of Newton, MA. The operator of the vehicle was issued a citation for blocking the bike lane as well as being summonsed for receiving a stolen motor vehicle.

Police responded to the 500 block of Massachusetts Avenue for a check person report. The subject of the incident struck multiple officers while attempting to flee the scene. The subject was then safely transferred to a local hospital for further evaluation.
