Leo Michael Henry, 45, of Somerville was placed under arrest and charged with breaking and entering a motor vehicle and destruction of property.

Officers were on patrol in Porter Square to address public complaints of quality-of-life issues affecting the Square. Officers observed a party matching the description of male party known to have an active warrant. Kevin St. Hilaire, 33, unhoused, was placed under arrest for warrants out of Boston District Court. While being taken into custody, there was a brief struggle when Hilaire tried to run. Hilaire will also be summonsed to Cambridge District Court for assault & battery on a police officer and resisting arrest.
