MASSACHUSETTS AVE

Police conducted a traffic stop on Massachusetts Avenue after observing the motor vehicle without plates attached. Throughout the stop, it was also determined that the operator only had a Learner’s Permit. The operator was subsequently summonsed for Operating a Motor Vehicle Without a License and Failure to Display Number Plates.

Police observed an unattended, running vehicle obstructing a lane of travel on John F. Kennedy Street. Upon further investigation, it was found that the vehicle was uninsured. When the operator returned to their vehicle, they were summonsed for one count of Uninsured Motor Vehicle.

The suspect was detained by a loss prevention officer, identified by police, and ultimately summonsed for Shoplifting by Concealment.
