Police observed a parked vehicle with two (2) flat tires and only one (1) license plate on the 100 block of Smith Place. Officers then found that the vehicle’s registration had been revoked due to a lack of insurance. As a result, the owner of the vehicle was issued a driving/traffic citation for the offense.
