Police responded a business on the 200 block on Alewife Brook Parkway for reports of shoplifting, two patrons were observed consuming items without paying. Both parties were identified and came back with active warrants. Jacqueline Nobel, 30, of Salem MA was placed under arrest for three warrants out of Lynn District Court. Justin Mokler, 41, of Concord MA was placed under arrest for one warrant out of Lynn District Court.
