MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Police responded to the 500 block of Massachusetts Avenue for a report of a larceny. After investigating, it was determined that an individual had entered the store with a paid sales receipt from the previous day. They then took the items that were on the receipt from the sales floor and proceeded to return these items. They then returned to the sales floor and took two bathmats, valued at $15 each, and left the store without purchasing the items. The individual was summonsed to Cambridge District Court for one count of SHOPLIFTING BY ASPORTATION and one count of FALSE CREATION OR USE OF SALES RECEIPT.

Police took a walk-in report from a Boston resident who reported being assaulted in a business on the 0 block on Prospect St. The victim stated that a patron of a business located on the 0 block of Prospect St assaulted them as they entered the establishment. Police documented the incident.
