WARRANT ARREST REPORT
FIRST ST
Police responded to the 0 block of First Street for an unwanted person who was laying on the floor and refusing to leave after the business had closed. Upon the arrival of officers, the individual, later identified as Tina Williams, 51, unhoused, began screaming at the businesses staff. Williams then left the store, ran into the street, pulled down her pants and started to urinate in full view of multiple people. At this point Williams was placed under arrest and during the arrest process she actively resisted, striking an officer in the face. During the booking process it was found that Williams also had 3 active warrants from Boston Municipal Court. In addition to the warrants Williams was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Resist Arrest, A&B on Police Officer, and Indecent Exposure with regard to this incident.

Police responded to the 300 block of Massachusetts Avenue at the request of Cambridge Fire Department for an unattended suitcase. An employee from the business claimed the bag and it was determined not to be hazardous.

Police responded to the 600 block of Main Street for a report of lewd and lascivious activity. A named witness reported a male, later identified as James Cooney, 66, of Cambridge, was actively masturbating in full view of multiple people. Officers arrived and placed Cooney under arrest for Lewd and Lascivious Conduct, Disturbing the Peace, and Disorderly Conduct.

Police responded to a business on the 300 block of Fresh Pond PKWY for a larceny in progress. A store employee reported that an individual had grabbed two phones and a watch with a total value of $2,700, before fleeing the store. Officers were unable to locate the individual in the area, a report was taken.

Police responded to a business on the 600 block of Massachusetts Avenue for a shoplifting in progress. The individual was stopped with $136.64 in stolen merchandise and identified as a Boston resident. They will be summonsed to Cambridge District Court on a charge of Shoplifting by Concealing Merchandise.

Police responded to a business on the 600 block of Massachusetts Avenue for a report of an unwanted party in the business. It was learned from a store employee that an individual, later identified as Jerry Ortiz, 35, unhoused, had concealed merchandise and was attempting to leave the store. Ortiz was stopped and identified, during the interaction Ortiz was also found to be in possession of $945.97 in clothing that was suspected to have been from another establishment. Ortize was subsequently placed under arrest for Shoplifting by Concealing Merchandise and Receive Stolen Property under $1200.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Police responded to a restaurant on the 500 block of Massachusetts Avenue for a report of a disturbance. While inside the restaurant, the individual threw a chair at the front counter, threatened to kill one of the employees, threw a metal tip jar at another employee and grabbed onto the manger. Officers responded and located the involved person, later identified as Yannelys David-Lopez, 29, of Cambridge. David-Lopez was placed under arrest, when being loaded into a transport vehicle she intentionally kicked two uniformed officers. David-Lopez is charged with A&B with Dangerous Weapon, A&B in Police Officer, A&B, Threat to Commit Crime.
