Police responded to a business on the 1300 block on Massachusetts Ave for a shoplifting. A store employee reported an individual had taken $179 in merchandise. Officers stopped the male nearby, he was identified and formally trespassed from the store. All the merchandise was recovered.

A store employee reported an individual, who is known to them from prior incidents as Christopher MacInnes, 42, of Chelsea, had entered the store and stolen $65 in merchandise. Officers located MacInnes nearby, he was subsequently placed under arrest on a charged Shoplifting by Concealing Merchandise - 3rd Offense.
