Police responded to the intersection of Concord Ave and Huron Ave for a report of a motor vehicle that struck a parked vehicle. The involved operator reported no injuries, but she was transported to a hospital in Boston for a medical evaluation. |

Police observed a motor vehicle with an expired registration sticker and after market lights operating in the area of Magazine and Green Streets. The vehicle was stopped in the lane of travel, blocking the crosswalk with several persons speaking with the operator. One party was seen reaching into the vehicle and providing an object to the operator. A party then entered the vehicle and the vehicle proceeded to make several turns with no apparent destination. During their travel, an additional person, known to the Cambridge Police, approached the passenger side of the vehicle and after observing the marked police car, immediately walked away from the vehicle. The vehicle subsequently pulled into a parking space on the 0 block of Bishop Allen Drive where a motor vehicle stop was conducted. After conversation with both the operator and passenger, and based on additional observations from the point of contact with the vehicle, officers believed probable cause was established to search the occupants and motor vehicle. Officers located various narcotics in the operator's possession as well as in the vehicle. Subsequently, Leroy Walcott,58, of Ashland was placed under arrest and is being charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute a Class B Substance, Cocaine, Possession with Intent to Distribute a Class D Substance, Marijuana, Possession of a Class E Substance, Gabapentin, Operating with an Expired Registration Sticker, Operating with After Market Turn Signals. |

Ian Jackson Badge #197406 from the Middlesex Sheriifs Office and told the victim that she needed to pay a fine or she would be arrested for missing jury duty. This was a scam and the Midlesex Sheriff Office confirmed that nobody in their office had that name. A report was taken. |
