Parking Notifications:
For on-going construction zones, we aim for “No Parking” signs to be posted 48 hours advance; however, with changing schedules; coordination with private utility companies; and unexpected conditions; that isn’t always possible. A minimum of 24 hours advance notice is required in on-going construction zones. We encourage residents parking in, or adjacent to, on-going construction zones to leave a key with a friend or neighbor if leaving for more than 24 hours.

Street and sidewalk restoration for New Street and Concord Lane is tentatively scheduled to begin Spring 2016.

The streetscape improvements for New Street were developed through a community process focused on making improvements to pedestrian and bicycle access; reconstructing the deteriorate roadway; and. enhancing the area with new street trees.

The New Street streetscape improvements will be constructed under a contract that will include sewer separation work on Concord Lane and pump station improvement work on New Street. This contract was awarded to Barletta Heavy Construction in March 2015.
