City Hall Facade Restoration Project

The City will soon begin a façade restoration project at City Hall. Construction is anticipated to start in Summer 2023 and take approximately 15 months to complete.

The project includes:

  • Masonry Repairs
  • Masonry Cleaning
  • Window Painting and Repairs
  • Gilding at the Clock Tower and Balcony
  • Balcony Signage Relocation
  • Flagpole Replacement
  • Balcony Drainage/Roofing
  • Bird Deterrent Replacement
  • Lightning Protection
  • Tower Lighting Replacement

September 2023: TRAC Builders, Inc. has been awarded the contract and will soon be mobilizing to begin site survey work.

The design team includes:

Arup

June 2023: The project is currently out to bid with construction expected to begin fall 2023. Once a contractor is on board a more detailed schedule will be determined. Additional information on the project, including the contractors full project schedule, will be posted on this project page and emailed to those on the project list.
