Haskell Street from Rindge Ave to Mass Ave is scheduled for reconstruction in 2024 as part of the City’s Five Year Plan for Street and Sidewalk Reconstruction

Community Meeting Notice: Second On-Site Community Meeting Thursday, March 27, 2025 from 4-6 p.m.

The Department of Public Works and the City’s Community Development Department will be hosting an on-site Community Meeting on Thursday, March 27 from 4-6 p.m. Anyone interested in attending can meet project staff at the intersection of Rindge Ave and Haskell Street to discuss the Haskell St Reconstruction Project.

The focus of this meeting will be to review the initial draft plans for the street. The project is part of the City’s Complete Streets initiative to design and operate streets that are safe for all users including pedestrians, cyclists, motorists and public transit users

Community Meeting Notice: On-site Community Walk Wednesday, April 10, 2024 from 5 - 7 p.m.

Haskell St from Rindge Ave. to Mass Ave. is scheduled for reconstruction in 2024 as part of the City’s Five-Year Plan for Sidewalk and Street Reconstruction.

The Department of Public Works and the City's Community Development Department will be hosting an onsite walk Wednesday, April 10 from 5-7 p.m. Anyone interested in attending can meet project staff at the intersection of Rindge Ave and Haskell Street.

To help you prepare for the meeting, we have posted a pre-recorded video presentation above. We encourage all residents and businesses to watch this video prior to the April 10 meeting.

We are in the design phase of the project and City staff would like to meet residents and walk the street to identify and discuss issues of concern. If you are unable to attend the site walk, please share your feedback by completing this brief survey: www.surveymonkey.com/r/STR9F9M

This project is part of a larger contract of six streets and is currently in the design phase.
