We apologize for the inconvenience, but work on Kemp Playground has required 1 day longer than originally anticipated.
The playground will now reopen on Saturday, June 4, 2016.
Beginning Tuesday, May 24th, the City’s Parks Division will be closing Kemp Playground for maintenance and repairs.
From Tuesday, May 24th through Thursday, June 2nd, the playground will be closed for use.
During this time, the following work will be completed:
• Wooden bumpers will be replaced.
• Playground equipment will be welded and painted.
• 60 tons of sand will be brought in to the site.
• A new drinking fountain will be installed.
