In observance of Juneteenth, City of Cambridge offices, libraries, and senior centers will be closed on Friday, June 18. Cambridge Public Library will also be closed on Saturday, June 19.
Since the official holiday falls on Saturday, June 19, payments will not be required at City of Cambridge parking meters and parking meter pay stations on June 19.
Curbside collection of trash, recycling, compost and yard waste will occur on its regular schedule. Street cleaning that normally would have occurred on June 18, is rescheduled to Tuesday, June 29.
The offices at the Cambridge Cemetery, 76 Coolidge Avenue, will be closed on Friday, June 18, however, the gates will be open from 7 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.

The city's COVID-19 testing site at Christian Life Center, 85 Bishop Allen Drive, will be open on Saturday, June 19, from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. This site also offers COVID-19 vaccinations.
