City of Cambridge Closures and Service Information for Memorial Day Holiday Monday, May 30
Cambridge, MA, May 19, 2022 – In observance of the Memorial Day Holiday on Monday, May 30, City of Cambridge offices, libraries, and senior centers will be closed and payments will not be required at City of Cambridge parking meters and parking meter pay stations.
The city's appointment only COVID-19 test site at 295 Third Street, Cambridge, operated by CIC Health, will be open on Saturday, May 28, from 8 a.m. - 1 p.m. and closed on Sunday and Monday. Appointments can be booked online at www.cic-health.com/cambridge or assistance is available from CIC’s Customer Service Team at support@cic-health.com or by calling 877-280-2937. Curbside collection of trash, recycling, compost, and yard waste will be suspended on Memorial Day and will be one day behind for the remainder of the week. Street cleaning will not occur on Monday, May 30. The offices at the Cambridge Cemetery, 76 Coolidge Avenue, will be open on Saturday on Sunday of Memorial Day Weekend, from 7 a.m. – 12 p.m., and closed on Memorial Day; the cemetery gates are open from 7 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.
