Nominate a Public Works Employee for Outstanding Performance

This year, the Cambridge Department of Public Works will recognize 4 employees who demonstrated exemplary work performance with the presentation of the 30th Annual "Commissioner's Award for Outstanding Performance" at a ceremony and cookout on Wednesday, May 22, at Public Works.

Supervisors, peers, professional colleagues, community members or others who are familiar with the person's work may nominate individuals. You may not nominate relatives, your own supervisor, or yourself.

Selection Criteria:

• Attainment of high priority DPW objective(s)
• Exceptional managerial, organizational and/or communications achievements
• Exemplary leadership
• Achievement of significant improvements in productivity and/or savings in DPW operations
• Outstanding performance in DPW daily duties
  

Nominations are due by Friday, May 10.
