Participants will be introduced the Lean Canvas tool, a consolidated business plan that visually maps out the key elements of the entire business on one single page that is easy to work on, update and share at any stage of the business. Business founders will work on their Lean Canvas and get real time feedback from the instructors. Whether the founders are testing their new ideas, pivoting, refocusing, they will walk away with:
- Their own Lean Canvas Business Plan with feedback specific to their business.
- A clearer understanding of where their business is at and strategy for next steps.
