Learn to live a calmer, wiser, and more compassionate life through mindfulness meditation. This event will teach you how to meditate and make it a regular part of your life. You'll also learn what mindfulness means and how to use it in everyday situations. We'll cover basic mindfulness meditation and other practices like walking meditation and mindful communication. Everyone is welcome, whether you're new to meditation or have experience. Instructor Zeenat Potia.
