This Session is for information concerning a Middle Income Unit that is now available. The session will be held on Monday, March 16, 2015 from 6:00 P. M. to 7:30 P. M. in the 2nd floor conference room at 344 Broadway.

This unit, located at 20 Chestnut Street, will be available to income eligible first-time homebuyers through the City of Cambridge First-time Homebuyer program. This unit is a flat with two bedrooms, one bath and includes one deeded garage parking space. The unit is subject to resale, limited equity and primary residency restrictions. Priority will be given to Cambridge residents and families with children.
