BEUDO Help Desk for Technical Assistance

A help desk has been created to assist building owners, trustees, and their agents in complying with the Building Energy Use Disclosure Ordinance (BEUDO). The help desk is operated by ICF International, the City’s technical assistance consultant. Questions can be directed to the help desk by contacting either Energyhelpdesk@cambridgema.gov or 617/250-4205.

The help desk will respond to you as soon as possible and within one business day. Answers are available for the following types of questions:

  • Issues in using ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager®
  • Accessing energy data and building attribute information
  • General questions about the applicability of the ordinance
