The Community Development Department has launched a new and improved Planning Board Special Permits webpage, making it easier for residents, businesses, developers, and other community members to find information about development projects. The new webpage allows users to:

  • Search for special permit cases by address, keyword, or date
  • View an interactive map of special permit locations
  • Find the latest plans and documents for projects under review
  • Learn when the Planning Board will next review a special permits case
