Overview of 2072 Mass Ave

The local development team of Capstone Communities LLC and Hope Real Estate Enterprises LLC (Capstone/Hope) are planning a new 100% affordable housing rental development at 2072 Massachusetts Avenue near Porter Square. The 2072 Mass Ave development will be the Capstone/Hope team’s third 100% affordable housing development in Cambridge, having completed Port Landing in 2016 and Frost Terrace in 2021.   

Capstone/Hope anticipates redeveloping 2072 Mass Ave under the provisions of the Affordable Housing Overlay (AHO).
