Windsor Street Condominiums

424 Windsor Street

Just A Start Corporation redeveloped the church and rectory buildings at 424-430 Windsor Street into 14 affordable mixed-income condominium units. The former Immaculate Conception church was sold by the archdiocese in 2007. The church was later designated a historic landmark, and the design for the adaptive reuse is sensitive to the rich history of the buildings. Many historic details were maintained. The Windsor Street Condominiums have provided 14 income-eligible families become homeowners.

Both the City of Cambridge and Cambridge Affordable Housing Trust provided funding for the development, which was occupied during Fall 2012. Units range in size from one- to four-bedrooms, and are available to households earning up to 100% of the area median income.

Construction was complete in 2012.  All units in the property have been sold and occupied. No further updates will be made to this page.
