Pathmark Lottery
The City of Cambridge Community Development Department is offering a homeownership lottery to select buyers for four affordable condominiums located at The Pathmark (97 Elmwood Street).
There is one (1) studio, one (1) two-bedroom, and two (2) three-bedroom condominiums available at this property.
Income-eligible, first-time homebuyers interested in purchasing an affordable unit through this lottery process were able to apply until the deadline of Monday, September 18, 2023 at 8:00 PM.
All units are subject to resale, limited equity, and residency restrictions. Preference will be given to Cambridge residents, veterans, and families with children.
Applications for The Pathmark lottery are no longer being accepted.
