Cambridgeport School Playground The Cambridgeport School Playground is located on Elm Street in the Port neighborhood. The playground was renovated in 2016. This project is complete. No further updates to this project page will be made.
The LatestScheduleDescriptionDocumentsContact Renovations to the Cambridgeport School Playground were completed in 2016. The renovation entailed the addition of multiple play structures including a group "Viking" swing to encourage collaborative play, a storage shed with loose parts for free play, new seating, plantings, and fencing. The playground also includes a basketball court. An open house was held to hear feedback from the school community and abutters about the design plans as well as discuss the anticipated construction schedule and impacts.
