This tool will show you City of Cambridge housing programs that you may be eligible for based on your annual income and household size. These programs include:
- Inclusionary Housing Rental Program
- Middle Income Rental Program
- Homeownership Resale Program
- HomeBridge
This tool does not include Cambridge Housing Authority developments or non-profit housing providers.
This tool is for informational purposes only. Program eligibility will be verified during application review. City of Cambridge housing programs are also subject to an asset limit. To learn more about the City’s housing programs please attend an upcoming information session.
How many people live in your household, including yourself? Be sure to include children and all adults.
For example, if you have a partner/spouse and two children, your household size is 4.
What is your yearly income, before taxes (gross income)?
Gross household income is the combined total from all sources of household income before taxes. This includes but is not limited to, full and/or part-time employment, self-employment income, and non-employment income (SSI, Retirement, Disability, Child Support, etc) for all adult wage earners.
Do you have a mobile rental voucher?
For example: Housing Choice Voucher Program (also known as Section 8), Mass Rental Voucher Program (MRVP), Alternative Housing Voucher Program (AHVP), VASH.
