Residential Neighbor Notification Meetings
In Residence C-1 district, the builder of a project that is more than three stories above grade and 35 feet above grade needs to notify neighbors about the proposal and hold a meeting to answer questions and get feedback before getting a building permit. This feedback is non-binding.
See detailed requirements for these meetings in the Zoning Ordinance, Section 5.40, Footnote (37).
The building permit application to Inspectional Services Department through the City's online permitting system must include a meeting flyer with required information. Community Development Department (CDD) staff will get a notification via the permitting system to post the meeting flyer on this web page. The developer is responsible for conducting the meeting and notifying abutters.
Below is a list of community meetings of which CDD staff have been notified.
For information about the meeting or project, contact the developer directly.
