Description

This is an information and public comment session in preparation of the City’s FY2026 Annual Action Plan and FY2026-2030 Consolidated Plan. The Plan describes the City’s expected utilization of federal funding for programs that benefit low and moderate-income residents of Cambridge, as well as eligible HOPWA beneficiaries across Middlesex and Essex counties.

The purpose of the session is to solicit public comments on affordable housing, economic development, public service and other community development needs as they relate to low and moderate-income Cambridge residents, and HOPWA qualifying residents across Middlesex and Essex counties. The Annual Action Plan covers the period beginning July 1, 2025 and ending June 30, 2026.
