Are you returning to work? Looking for a better job?

The Cambridge Employment Program (CEP), an adult employment program offered by the Office of Workforce Development, provides career counseling to Cambridge residents age 18 and older, empowering them to reach their employment goals. Our staff can help you:

  • Develop or improve your resume and cover letter
  • Identify your skills and decide on realistic next steps for your career path
  • Learn effective job search strategies and complete online job applications
  • Practice and improve your interview skills 

Interested in these employment services? Come to our office at 51 Inman Street, 1st floor, to complete the sign-up form. If you are unable to come in person to sign up, please call 617-349-6345.

Who qualifies for services from the Cambridge Employment Program?

Any Cambridge resident age 18 and older can schedule time to meet with a career counselor and receive up to three appointments.

How do I sign up?

Fill out Sign Up Form and a career counselor will contact you to schedule an appointment. In-person and virtual appointments are available. You can also come to our office at 51 Inman Street, 1st Floor, to fill out a paper Sign Up Form.
