For items not available in the Minuteman Library Network catalog, check the Commonwealth Catalog. This catalog contains the holdings of participating libraries throughout Massachusetts.

Interlibrary Loan (ILL)

If an item is not available through ComCat, place an ILL request using the form below.

  • Books, CDs, DVDs, audiobooks, microfilm, and journal articles not owned by the Cambridge Public Library or the Minuteman Network may be requested in person, by telephone at 617-349-4044, or by filling out the online form below. Please provide as much information as possible including your e-mail address, phone number, and the branch where you would like to pick up your item(s).
  • Materials can take 3-6 weeks to arrive. You will be notified when your request arrives or if we are unable to fill it.
  • Please note that you are only allowed 1 active ILL and 3 active article requests at any one time. Requests in excess of that will not be filled.
