Gold Star Pool

Summer 2024 Hours

Gold Star Pool will be open Monday, June 24 through Monday, September 2.

  • Monday - Friday: 2 - 7 p.m.
    • Gold Star Pool will be open Thursday, July 4 from 11 a.m. - 7 p.m.
  • Saturday - Sunday: 11 a.m. - 7 p.m.

Gold Star Mothers Pool ("Gold Star Pool") is located at 123 Berkshire Street. Cambridge residents are invited to enjoy open swim at the facility, which features two ADA-compliant pools. Have fun and explore aquatics in the Beginner Pool (maximum depth of 3-6 ft.) and practice your strokes in our Lap Pool (or get relief from the heat by jumping into the Lap Pool’s 10 ft. deep end!). The pool is free for Cambridge residents.

In addition to offering open swim, Gold Star Mothers Pool provides morning swimming lessons to participants in local camps during the summer.

Capacity is limited at the pool. If the pool reaches maximum capacity, staff reserve the right to stop allowing additional patrons into the pool. State law dictates our capacity.

Weather Policy: Gold Star Pool is open during rain. In the event of lightning, all staff and patrons go inside of the facility and wait inside for 30 minutes from the last lightning strike before being able to return to the pool.
