  Mindfulness and Aging with Wisdom (Virtual)

  Zeenat Potia, instructor at the Cambridge Insight Meditation Center, will lead this workshop on mindfulness and the skills needed to establish an attitude of ease and stability within the context of aging. This session is appropriate for first-time meditators, as well as those with meditation experience, and will allow time for questions. This is a virtual event. Registration is required. A Zoom link will be sent out 1 hour prior to the event start time.

  Read with Bowie the Therapy Dog from Pets & People! Therapy dogs provide warm and non-judgmental reading companions for new or experienced readers of all ages.
