    • Story Time (Central Square)

      Join us for a half-hour of stories in the Children's Room. For ages birth-5 with caregivers. The City of Cambridge does not discriminate, including on the basis of disability.     • Wednesdays of Wonder - WOW - Open Gameplay with One Up Games (O'Neill)

      O'Neill Branch, 70 Rindge Ave., Cambridge, MA 02140

      Join us for a video game free play event hosted by Massachusetts eSport and gaming venue, One Up Games! Explore virtual worlds with the Oculus Quest, or play the latest titles on XBOX Series S, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch! No registration is required. This event is recommended for ages 7 and up. We will also have board games and puzzles available for younger children.

    • WildKat Hoops Presents: Hula Hooping Fun!

      Main Library, 449 Broadway, Cambridge, MA 02138

      Put on your dancing shoes for an unforgettable workshop of hula hoop magic with Kat Suwalski! You will learn basic hooping moves while increasing hand-eye coordination, strength, balance, and agility. No prior hooping experience is required. Wear comfortable clothes, and bring a water bottle and an open mind. Hoops are provided.

      Drop in to try some fun puzzles every week: word searches, riddles, and variety crosswords! You can come alone or bring a grownup. Recommended for ages 11 and up. No registration required. Email cmeisler@cambridgema.gov for more details.
