We are asking Cambridge Business Owners to provide their feedback on their Phase 2 reopening experience by taking the Phase 2 Reopening Survey.
Survey responses are anonymous and will be used to help the City understand how to continue assisting businesses during this challenging time.
In particular, the Community Development Department's (CDD) Economic Development Division is seeking information on whether Cambridge businesses have access to the information they need and if city resources are effectively reaching the business community.
Please take 10 minutes to help us better understand your needs as we continue to collect information about the reopening process. Also, please feel free to share this survey with other Cambridge business owners in your network, so that we can gather as much feedback as possible.
