You can pay for your Cambridge parking ticket online at the webpage below. To pay online, you must have:
- either the parking ticket violation number or your MA license plate number
- an American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa credit or debit card
A 2.95% service fee with a minimum fee of $2.25 will be applied to each transaction.
Pay a parking ticket online
You can pay your Cambridge parking ticket over the phone! Before you call, make sure you have everything you need to pay your parking ticket. You must have:
- either the parking ticket violation number or your MA license plate number
- an American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa credit or debit card

A 2.95% service fee with a minimum fee of $2.25 will be applied to each transaction.
You can pay your Cambridge parking ticket using the PaxTix app on your mobile phone. You must:
- download the app on your Apple or Android device
- select Cambridge, MA as your preferred city
- enter the parking ticket violation number
- pay with American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa credit or debit card
A 2.95% service fee with a minimum fee of $2.25 will be applied to each transaction.

You can pay your Cambridge parking ticket by mail. To pay by mail, you must use a money order or check. Do not mail cash.
Instructions:
- Do not mail cash.
- Write a check or money order made payable to the City of Cambridge.
- In the memo field of your check or money order, include:
- your license plate number, including the state, and/or
- your ticket number
- If you still have the ticket, include it with your check or money order.
- You can use the envelope that was provided with the ticket or use your own envelope and address it to:

You can pay your Cambridge parking ticket in person at our office at 344 Broadway. Be sure to have everything you need before you come in!
- An appointment is not required, however you may make an appointment before coming to our offices.
- Bring information on the parking ticket violation number and/or your Massachusetts license plate number.
- You may pay by cash, check, money order, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa.
