City Manager Richard C. Rossi is seeking members for the city’s Affirmative Action Advisory Committee (AAAC).  This committee reviews policies affecting municipal employment and its impact on affirmative action issues and serves in an advisory capacity to the city's Affirmative Action Director, Personnel Director and the City Manager. 

In this role, the AAAC:

  • Discusses developments in the law impacting the City ‘s Affirmative Action Plan;
  • Provides assistance to the Affirmative Action Director in updating the Plan and monitoring progress
  • Offers assistance to the City in its recruitment efforts; and
  • Provides advice and assistance to the City Manager to further the City’s Affirmative Action efforts.
