April Poetry Month Readings

Celebrate National Poetry Month with the City Night Readings Series in partnership with Cambridge Arts. Join more than 25 poets, writers and musicians for open mic presentations at Little Crêpe Café,102 Oxford St., Cambridge, on Fridays, April 4, 11, 18 and 25, from 6:30 to 8:30 each evening. Free. Hosted by Jean Dany Joachim.

And Toni Bee in partnership with Cambridge Arts presents Poets In The Garden with author Ekua Holmes and Bee at the Longfellow House-Washington Headquarters, 105 Brattle St., Cambridge, on Sunday April 27, from 2 to 4 p.m. Free. The two writers will read nature poems, share insight into artistic accomplishments, and the ways gardens help expand creativity.
